  • Allison Hillman, CPA (Inactive)

    Director

    About Allison :

A company’s finance function can either limit its value or build it. I help business owners and investors make sure it’s doing the second. For some, value starts with getting the basics right: accurate, timely accounting. For others, it’s reporting that explains the story behind the numbers. And in an acquisition or ownership change, it’s often about having the right finance partners in place, whether that’s Controller or CFO advisory, tax planning, or transaction advisory.

I’ve seen this from every angle: in public accounting serving construction, real estate, and nonprofit clients; in-house through a company’s shift from employee-owned to public to private-equity-owned; and placing finance talent with growing companies. Today, I help clients tap into everything Redpath offers, from day-to-day accounting and finance operations to tax, audit, valuation, and transaction advisory, so they get the right solution from one trusted firm.

Education: B.A., Peace Studies and Conflict Resolution, Economics, Wellesley College; M.B.A., Keller Graduate School of Management

Fun Fact: I’ve been fluent in French since age 5, thanks to an immersion school, and I still use it with my childhood best friend when we want to make plans without our kids catching on. Outside of work, you’ll find me walking or biking the lakes, snowboarding and sledding with my kids, or doing backyard yoga – anything to be outdoors in the fresh air.
