Devan Henry, CPA

I specialize in growth-oriented, highly acquisitive clients who are strategic about growth, financing, or an eventual exit, including private equity and venture-backed companies. I also focus on ETA (entrepreneurship through acquisition), supporting clients through the full transaction lifecycle. I’m currently transitioning into broader client management alongside my technical and signing responsibilities, and I am the firm’s audit and assurance specialist for healthcare. I started my career at CLA, spent seven years at BDO working with public and privately held growth companies and supporting the national office, and was a PE/ETA and SEC audit partner before joining Redpath.
