I’m a trusted business advisor to closely held companies, private equity firms and their portfolio companies, entrepreneurs, and high-net-worth families. Drawing on extensive experience across tax, accounting, financial advisory, mergers and acquisitions, and succession planning, I bring a broad perspective to the complex business and financial decisions my clients face.

I’m often the first call clients make when facing an important business or financial decision, and I pride myself on my ability to see the bigger picture, navigate complex issues, and provide thoughtful, practical guidance.
