Jeremy Miller, CPA

I serve as a trusted advisor providing transaction advisory services to private equity, independent sponsor, corporate, strategic, and search fund (entrepreneurship through acquisition) clients throughout the transaction lifecycle, distilling complex data into actionable insights to de-risk deals. My work spans quality of earnings and revenue, net working capital, debt and debt-like analyses, and closing advisory, along with sensitivity analyses and other ad hoc support. I’ve supported clients on more than 275 deals across the lower middle market over the past decade.
