Throughout my career, I have held payroll and human resources leadership roles with responsibility for payroll operations, employee benefits, compliance, recruiting, employee relations, and workforce strategy. I have partnered with organizations across a variety of industries to develop practical solutions that improve processes, reduce risk, and support organizational growth. Having been responsible for many of the same functions my clients manage today, I understand their challenges firsthand and can provide practical, actionable guidance that helps them make informed decisions with confidence.
