Joe Hellman

I advise private equity firms, strategic acquirers, business owners, and investors throughout the transaction lifecycle, helping clients evaluate opportunities, manage risk, and maximize value in complex M&A transactions. I lead Redpath’s Transaction Advisory Services team, with experience across healthcare, life sciences, consumer products, manufacturing and distribution, technology, business services, and construction. Working both buy-side and sell-side lets me strategize with clients while staying objective, drawing on deep experience in financial due diligence, quality of earnings analysis, net working capital negotiations, and purchase agreement review.
