St. Paul, Minnesota (October 3, 2022) — Certified public accounting firm Redpath and Company, Ltd. (Redpath) has promoted Jon Fortin to partner, Tony Oster and Andrew Schultz to director, and named Sarah Gengenbach Chief Operating Officer.
Jon Fortin, J.D., leads the estate, gift, and trust tax service area at Redpath and Company. He helps clients identify their specific wealth transfer goals and designs plans to effectively transfer their wealth while minimizing their tax liability.
Jon holds a B.A. in Political Science and Government from Middlebury College and a J.D., cum laude, from Western New England University School of Law.
He has provided individual tax services and wealth management planning since 1998 and joined Redpath and Company in 2020.
Tony Oster, CPA, is the tax services leader on the manufacturing industry team at Redpath and Company. He assists clients with tax planning and projections, preparation of complex flow-through entity and C-Corporation tax returns, and multi-state and international taxation. Tony works with a variety of closely-held businesses, including manufacturing and construction.
Tony holds a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Minnesota-Moorhead and has provided public accounting services at Redpath and Company since 2001.
Andrew Schultz, CPA, is the audit and accounting services leader on the manufacturing industry team at Redpath and Company. He provides clients with audited and reviewed financial statements, GAAP compliance services and implementation, and accounting services. In addition to manufacturing, he works with closely-held businesses in a variety of industries including construction, real estate, and engineering.
Andrew holds a B.S. in Accounting from Winona State University and has provided public accounting services at Redpath and Company since 2014.
Sarah Gengenbach, CPA, has assumed the roles and responsibilities of Chief Operating Officer for Redpath and Company. Formerly the Director of Human Resources, Sarah will continue to hold a position on the management team and be involved in a wide range of functional areas including management, administration, technology, marketing, human resources, and finance.
She holds a B.S. in Accounting from Minnesota State University-Moorhead and has been with Redpath and Company since 2000.
