How to Stop Construction Change Orders From Slipping Through the Cracks
Scope changes can either protect your margin or quietly erode it. The difference comes down to how they’re identified, communicated, and accounted...

With the COVID-19 developing outbreak throughout the United States and beyond, we want you to be assured that the health and well-being of our colleagues, clients, and their families is of utmost importance to us. We will continue to monitor the news and CDC directives to make policy changes based upon facts as they arise. We have been proactively communicating with colleagues about common-sense hygiene practices to limit the spread of illness-carrying germs and asking anyone who is not feeling well to work from home.
While our offices currently remain open and fully operational, we will continue to keep a close eye on the situation. Should the outbreak pose a heightened threat to either office location, resulting in a temporary shutdown, we have instituted a remote work policy that will allow us to provide you with uninterrupted service. During this challenging time we are committed to fully serving your needs, meeting existing deadlines, and delivering prompt responses to questions and concerns.
So far, there has been no official proposal in Congress to extend the deadline in 2020 and as of today, the deadline for filing remains April 15, 2020. Redpath will continue to update as appropriate. Vigilance is important to mitigate the impact on our valued clients and colleagues, and we are taking this seriously.
