Redpath and Company Announces 2023 Partner and Director Promotions

Saint Paul, Minnesota (October 2, 2023) - Certified public accounting firm Redpath and Company, LLC has promoted Ryan Everhart to managing partner, Emmett Mulcahy to partner, Tony Oster to partner, Megan Hesselberg to director, and Lucas Warth to director effective October 1, 2023.

Ryan Everhart, CPA, is the fourth named managing partner in the 50+ year history of Redpath and Company. He will focus on the firm’s vision, high-level planning, and overall direction while leading the reputation, client service, and business development functions of the firm.

Everhart holds a B.S. in Business Administration and Master of Professional Accountancy from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. He joined Redpath and Company in 2014.

Emmett Mulcahy, CPA, CVA, leads the business valuation service area at Redpath and Company and assists clients with valuations for a wide variety of purposes including financial reporting, gift and estate planning, corporate strategic planning and tax compliance, matrimonial dissolution, and ESOPs. Mulcahy has experience across a broad range of industries and works with clients of all sizes from small family-owned business to large corporations.

Mulcahy and holds a B.A. in Finance and Accounting from the University of St. Thomas and joined Redpath and Company in 2008. He has been providing business valuation services since 2010.

Tony Oster, CPA, is the tax services leader for the manufacturing industry team at Redpath and Company. He assists clients with tax planning and projections, preparation of complex flow-through entity and C-Corporation tax returns, and multi-state and international taxation. Tony works with a variety of closely-held businesses, including manufacturing and construction.

Oster holds a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Minnesota-Moorhead and joined Redpath and Company in 2001.

Megan Hesselberg, CPA, is the audit and accounting services leader on the construction, real estate, and engineering industry team at Redpath and Company and provides clients with audited and reviewed financial statements and accounting services. She works with closely-held businesses in a variety of industries and specializes in providing services to general contractors and subcontractors.

Hesselberg holds a B.S. in Accounting and Finance from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse and joined Redpath and Company in 2014.

Lucas Warth, CPA, is a client manager in the private client services practice area at Redpath and Company. He works with high-net-worth families providing income tax compliance, income tax planning, and estate tax planning services. He reviews and signs complex Federal, state, and multi-state tax returns for both high-net-worth individuals and businesses and performs tax planning and analysis related to the sales of business entities.

Warth holds a B.A. in Religious Studies with a minor in Business Administration from Rhodes College and a Master of Accountancy from Colorado State University. He Joined Redpath and Company in 2020.
