Paul Longsdorf, CPA is a tax partner and client manager and works extensively with closely-held businesses in the areas of construction, real estate, and manufacturing and distribution. He specializes in corporate, partnership, and individual tax planning, as well as consulting on both national and international levels. He works with contractors and developers, focusing on tax-efficient entity structuring, banking relationships, and surety relationships.Paul is a member of the Twin Cities Chapter of the Construction Financial Management Association where he served as President from 2015-17. He also served on the Board of Directors of the Minnesota Subcontractors Association and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Minnesota Society of Certified Public Accountants, the Associated General Contractors of Minnesota, the Associated Building Contractors, and Minnesota Surety Association. Paul has provided public accounting services since 1989 and has been at Redpath since 1992.
