Ryan Everhart is the fourth named managing partner in Redpath and Company's 50+ year history. He is focused on the firm’s vision, high-level planning, and overall direction while leading the reputation, client service, and business development functions of the firm.
Ryan began his career in 2005 with a national firm and joined Redpath in 2014. Before stepping into the top leadership role of the firm, he assumed the duties of client manager, was named partner in 2019, and led the construction industry practice area, the firm’s largest industry segment by revenue.

Sarah Gengenbach is partner and the Chief Operating Officer at Redpath and Company. Formerly the Director of Human Resources, Sarah holds a position on the firm management team and is involved in a wide range of functional areas including management, administration, technology, marketing, human resources, and finance.

Jill Noack is a partner, the assurance and accounting operations director, and holds a position on the firm’s management team. She assists clients with audited and reviewed financial statements, GAAP compliance issues and implementation, software consulting, and accounting services.
Jill works with a variety of clients in industries with a specialization in manufacturing and wholesale distribution, franchises, and technology. She has provided public accounting services at Redpath and Company since 2002.

Jon Fortin is a partner at Redpath and Company. He helps clients identify their specific wealth transfer goals and designs plans to effectively transfer their wealth while minimizing estate, gift, and income tax. Jon has provided individual tax services and wealth management planning since 1998 and joined Redpath and Company in 2020.

Mark Gibbs, CPA, CGMA, is a partner at Redpath and Company and has been with the firm since 1986. He is also a client manager and has extensive experience providing commercial audit services for closely-held businesses in a variety of industries. In recent years, he has spent considerable time working on merger and acquisition due diligence on both sell-side and buy-side transactions for clients and private equity firms. He is a former member of the Redpath and Company Board of Directors and served as managing partner from 2014 to 2023.

Joe Hellman, CPA, partner, leads the Transaction Advisory Services practice at Redpath and Company. He provides support to clients throughout the transaction life cycle, from evaluating opportunities pre-LOI to post-close net working capital true-ups and synergy assessments on both buy-side and sell-side transactions. Joe has experience assisting buy-side and sell-side transactions across a variety of industries, including manufacturing, healthcare, construction, consumer products, distribution, financial services, technology, and energy. He has provided public accounting services since 2008 and joined Redpath and Company in 2020.

Andy is a partner at Redpath and Company, providing audit and accounting services to governmental entities, charter schools, manufacturing and distribution companies, and not-for-profit organizations. He assists clients with complex technical issues, helps implement new accounting standards, and consults on internal control best practices.
Andy leads Redpath’s Government and Nonprofit service area and ensures that staff are properly trained in accounting and auditing standards. He is a holder of the Intermediate Single Audit Certificate issued by the AICPA. The Intermediate Single Audit Certificate tests the auditor’s ability to plan, perform, and evaluate single audits in accordance with the latest requirements of the Uniform Guidance.
Andy also serves as Redpath’s Knowledge Partner, meaning he is responsible for the firm’s quality control and adherence to professional standards.

Alex Helkamp, CPA and CCIFP, is a partner in the business tax service area at Redpath and Company. As tax leader on the construction, real estate, and engineering industry team, he assists clients with business tax planning, implementation of accounting standards, mergers and acquisitions transactions, and other accounting services. Having earned his CCIFP certification in 2017, Alex maintains a vast knowledge of construction industry issues and tax challenges faced by companies in the industry. Clients appreciate his insights to help them defer taxes, minimize tax liabilities, recognize tax credit opportunities, and free up cash flows. Alex enjoys meeting with his clients as much as possible throughout the year to discuss their goals and objectives, understand their unique needs, and help them find solutions that maintain their business and financial health. He is a frequent speaker on topics related to the construction industry and he has provided public accounting services at Redpath and Company since 2011.

Tom Hodnefield, CPA, is an audit partner, client manager, commercial team leader, and board chair at Redpath and Company. He works with closely-held businesses and specializes in providing accounting services to a variety of companies in the technology industry including software-as-a-service (SaaS), computer hardware, networking solutions, e-commerce, and IT management.
Tom is passionate about working with technology companies and helping them take advantage of opportunities in a very dynamic and fast-paced industry. His approach is to deliver value beyond compliance work and help his clients reach their goals through a deep understanding of their unique business and operational characteristics. Tom’s client portfolio includes companies with revenues ranging from pre-revenue to upwards of $100 million.
Tom understands the nuances and unique needs of businesses that provide technology services or products—or use technology as a competitive advantage. Areas of expertise include revenue recognition, GAAP readiness, M&A, funding, state and local tax/nexus, and entity structuring.
Tom began his public accounting career with Redpath and Company and has been with the firm since 1988.

John Kammerer, CPA, is a tax partner at Redpath and Company and holds a seat on the firm’s board of directors. He leads the firm’s business tax service area, assisting clients with tax planning and preparation, entity structuring, and M&A transactions. John works with a variety of clients in industries such as manufacturing, construction, real estate, and professional services. He is a frequent presenter on topics of business taxation and entity structuring. John is also a member of the S Corp Association advisory board and is actively involved with the group to promote and support tax policies that positively impact S Corporations and privately-held businesses. John graduated from Winona State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Minnesota Society of Certified Public Accountants (MNCPA). He has provided public accounting services at Redpath and Company since 2004.

Chris Little is a partner at Redpath and Company and leads the construction and real estate industry team, providing strategic direction to a team of talented professionals who bring industry expertise and proactive, innovative solutions to a diverse group of clients. He is responsible for overall service delivery to the construction and real estate client base, including a focus on client engagement and satisfaction. Chris is dedicated to helping clients grow and evolve their businesses by leveraging deep industry knowledge and delivering an exceptional customer experience through personalized service.
Chris provides a unique business perspective, having served the construction industry as a professional services provider and through his tenure as a construction business executive. His technical expertise as an accountant and CPA, coupled with decades of first-hand industry knowledge, allows him to understand the multitude of challenges facing construction industry leaders—and ultimately how to solve those challenges and turn them into opportunities. He uses his experiences to bring value to clients in all aspects and life cycles of their business.
Prior to joining Redpath and Company in 2024, Chris served as a senior vice president for a Fortune 500 infrastructure construction company that provided innovative solutions for energy, communications, heavy civil, and industrial business sectors. His job responsibilities included strategic planning and direction, organizational structure development, and implementation and management of all financial activities within his business unit. Chris also had direct oversight of the finance, accounting, human resources, payroll, and IT support functions for the organization. His tenure was marked with several restructurings, which saw him grow multiple low to mid hundred-million-dollar revenue business units to well over $1 billion through profitable growth strategies. Chris was also responsible for front-end due diligence and the integration of several acquired businesses into the company post-acquisition, which included developing and implementing new policies and procedures and maintaining culture and employee engagement.
Chris grew his accounting and finance expertise over a decade while working for a large, multinational accounting firm, managing construction attestation engagements for clients ranging in size from $5 million to $1.1 billion in revenue. He gained extensive expertise analyzing and interpreting construction contacts, preparing and reviewing GAAP financial statements, establishing internal control systems, developing process improvement policies, and conducting confirmatory buy and sell side due diligence procedures for construction clients. As a member of the firm’s construction industry technical committee, Chris was responsible for conducting research and analysis of emerging construction industry accounting and reporting issues, developing tools, processes and audit methodology in response to new accounting standards, and delivering construction audit training that highlighted the best practices in construction audits.
Chris is a former vice president of communications for the Construction Financial Management Association (Twin Cities chapter) and also served on the association’s board of directors.

Paul Longsdorf is a tax partner, client manager, and member of the construction industry team at Redpath and Company. He works with privately-held businesses providing corporate, partnership, and individual tax planning strategies and specializes in entity structuring and business consulting. Paul is a member of the Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA) and served as president from 2015 to 2017.
He currently serves on the CFMA Twin Cities board of directors (since 2010) and served on the board of directors of the Minnesota Subcontractors Association from 2004 to 2010. Paul is a member of the Associated General Contractors of Minnesota, the Associated Builders and Contractors of Minnesota/North Dakota, and the Minnesota Surety Association. He has provided public accounting services since 1989 and has been at Redpath and Company since 1992.

Emmett Mulcahy is a director and leads the business valuation service area at Redpath and Company. Emmett works with a variety of clients in industries such as construction, architects and engineers, family limited partnerships, manufacturing, and real estate. Joel earned the professional certification of CCIFP (Certified Construction Industry Financial Professional). He has provided public accounting services since 1997 and has been at Redpath and Company since 2007.

Tony Oster, partner, is the tax services leader on the manufacturing industry team at Redpath and Company. Brian Sweeney, partner at Redpath and Company, leads the manufacturing and ESOP industry teams. He also manages client relationships as a client manager and specializes in financial statement audits, business and systems consulting, and management and advisory services for closely-held businesses. As Redpath’s ESOP team leader, Brian focuses on client services, financial health, and cultural consulting to employee-owned companies. He works to protect S Corp ESOPs and stays up-to-date and knowledgeable on issues and legislation through involvement and committee leadership roles in the ESOP community. Brian was elected to and serves on the board of Directors for the National Center of Employee Ownership. He is an active member of the Finance Committee for the ESOP Association, the Government Relations Committee of the ESOP Association Minnesota/Dakotas Chapter, and Employee-Owned S Corporations of America. Brian is a regular presenter on employee ownership topics at local, regional, and national events. He has provided public accounting services at Redpath and Company since 1998.

William provides financial statement audits, is well-versed in business fraud and forensics challenges, and acts as a liason regarding client tax matters. He has been fortunate to serve in a variety of industries over the years: franchise entities, mortgage banking, brokers, private clubs, software, medical, distribution, wholesale and regional blood banks. Kory Boyer is a managing director in the M&A Advisory service area at Redpath and Company. He works with companies in numerous industries to assist with inorganic and organic growth strategies and provides a wide spectrum of mergers and acquisitions services from target identification, due diligence, transaction management, and integration. Kory also helps clients evaluate operations and processes to help drive improvements through performance improvement and optimization strategies. He completed his undergraduate studies in Mechanical Engineering at the United States Military Academy and earned his M.B.A. in Finance at Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Teri Grahn, CMI, is a director and leads the sales and use tax service area at Redpath and Company and is a certified member of the Institute for Professionals in Taxation. She educates clients regarding multi-state sales and use tax compliance and works with them to review internal records, processes, and procedures. Teri conducts nexus reviews and research on the taxability of products and services to help clients navigate the unknowns of entering new states and jurisdictions. She also provides consulting on systems setup and invoicing processes to help clients remain compliant. In the case of a sales and use tax audit, Teri supports clients by investigating assessments and answering questions throughout the audit process.
Teri works with clients in various industries including manufacturing and distribution, construction and real estate, and technology. Prior to joining Redpath and Company in 2003, Teri performed sales and use tax audits for the Minnesota Department of Revenue.

Allison Hillman is a Director and leads the Accounting & Management Outsourcing team at Redpath and Company. Allison brings over a decade of diverse experience in finance, accounting and client management—leveraging an extensive background to deliver strategic financial insights and tailored accounting solutions to a wide range of clients.
Allison began her career with roles in both audit and tax for an international CPA and advisory firm, where she developed expertise in financial statement audits, tax preparation, and consulting for various industries including construction, real estate, and nonprofit. With subsequent roles at Lifetouch National School Studios as an Accounting Analyst and Finance Manager, she honed her skills in month-end close, budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis. During her tenure, Lifetouch transitioned from an employee stock ownership plan (ESOP) to merging with Shutterfly, thereby becoming a publicly traded company. The combined company was later acquired by private equity. Throughout these major transitions, Allison played a pivotal role in financial reporting, revenue forecasting, and adapting financial strategies to align with the company’s evolving ownership structure.
In her most recent position as Client Solutions Director at Robert Half, Allison built deep relationships with Accounting and Finance leaders, offering flexible consulting and staffing solutions that aligned with their strategic goals.
Allison holds an MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts from Wellesley College, where she graduated with Cum Laude honors. She is also a Certified Public Accountant (inactive) in the state of Minnesota.

Karlie Johnson is a director in the commercial audit and review service area and is the employee benefits service area leader at Redpath and Company. She assists with audited and reviewed financial statements in the manufacturing, construction, professional services, and distribution industries. Karlie specializes in employee benefit plan audits and helps business owners meet their fiduciary responsibility to hire an experienced plan auditor and avoid deficient plans that could cause tax disqualifications within their 401k audits. She also advises her clients regarding internal controls and external processes that help them clearly communicate their financial results. Andrew Kizer is the Managing Director of Lender Services for Redpath and Company, helping clients minimize their risk profile by providing objective collateral evaluations, field exams, and assurance services that lead to more insightful decision-making. Andrew brings over a decade of experience in the commercial finance industry—on the lender side and also as a third-party service provider—which allows him to understand the unique requirements of various lenders.
As project leader on the lender services teams for two national consulting practices, Andrew was responsible for internal training as the firms’ subject matter expert, go-to-market strategy development, and execution and management of multi-person engagements (pre-loan and post-loan). He also spent over 5 years as leader of the field exam department for one of the largest privately owned lenders in the nation, providing pre- and post-close diligence, managing and reviewing the reports of outsourced diligence providers, and working with the internal underwriting, portfolio management, and operations teams on deal structures.
Andrew has experience providing services to major, regional, and community banks, as well as specialty lenders. He has deep experience working with both private and publicly traded multinational borrowers in the manufacturing, retail, healthcare, staffing, energy, consumer products, telecom, logistics, metals, and agriculture industries.
Andrew earned a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and joined Redpath and Company in 2024.

Cathy Lydon is a director and leads the nonprofit industry team at Redpath and Company. She has been in public accounting since 2004 and specializes in working with nonprofit organizations. Cathy has extensive experience performing financial audits and Federal single audits in accordance with Uniform Guidance. Her audit experience also includes governmental entities, charter schools, HUD housing entities, healthcare, and DEED Extended Employment Program Compliance audits. Cathy has been a member of the Redpath team since 2008.
Cathy is a holder of The Advanced Single Audit Certificate issued by the AICPA. The Advanced Single Audit Certificate requires the ability to evaluate and analyze the core concepts related to client acceptance, engagement planning, engagement analysis, concluding an engagement, and guiding principles for single audits at an advanced level as outlined in the AICPA Competency Framework: Governmental Auditing.
Relevant continuing professional education includes the annual AICPA Not-for-Profit Industry Conference and the annual MNCPA Not-for-Profit Conference.

Jeremy Miller, CPA, is a member of the transaction advisory services team at Redpath. He has supported clients on over 250 due diligence projects in a variety of industries, including healthcare, manufacturing and distribution, construction, life sciences, and consumer and industrial products. Jeremy helps identify key industry and deal risks through quality of earnings and revenue, net working capital, and debt and debt-like analyses for private equity and corporate clients. He has provided public accounting services since 2012 and joined Redpath in 2020.

Tom Niederkorn leads the audit practice area on the construction, real estate, and engineering (CRE) industry team, helping clients improve their financial health by assisting with their accounting and financial reporting challenges. In addition to his experience in the CRE industry, Tom has worked with clients in a variety of other industries including automotive dealerships, golf courses, and senior housing cooperatives. He has provided public accounting services since 1990 and has been with Redpath and Company since 2021.

Mandee Page, J.D., is a director leading the Research and Development Tax Credit service area at Redpath and Company and is responsible for working with clients to identify all qualifying activities and related expenditures to maximize their R&D tax credit. Mandee’s background brings a unique blend of legal expertise, client service, and financial acumen.
After graduating Mitchell Hamline law school and working as a licensed attorney, Mandee joined Big 4 accounting where she helped organizations maximize their tax savings through federal tax incentives and deductions. Mandee also has extensive experience in business development roles where she utilized her financial background, and leveraged the best of her firm, to help businesses achieve a wide range of desired objectives.
Mandee is committed to helping clients expand their ability to fund innovation through strategic tax planning. She works closely with businesses across various industries to ensure compliance, while optimizing tax savings and ultimately enabling continued investment in strategic priorities. Mandee has been with Redpath and Company since 2024.

Rebecca is a director in the governmental and not‐for‐profit service area at Redpath and Company and assists clients with audited financial statements and accounting services. She has experience working with a variety of governmental and not‐for‐profit entities including cities, special districts, housing authorities, charter schools, and not‐for‐profit organizations. Rebecca worked for Redpath from 2005 to 2013 and returned to the firm in 2019. Between 2013 and 2019, she served as a city assistant finance director and was later promoted to finance manager. She also spent two years during that time period providing consulting services and working on special projects for a variety of government and not‐for‐profit entities.

Josh Roalson is the Director of Talent Acquisition for Redpath and Company, helping to build and drive recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent for the firm. Josh brings over a decade of experience, blending both agency leadership and recruiting as well as internal corporate recruiting experience. Josh grew his career with one of the nation’s largest recruiting firms and specialized in the accounting and finance space—supporting top employers to address their hiring needs and building an expansive network of candidates throughout the Minnesota market. In this role, he was awarded the Chairman’s Club for Leadership, ranking #1 worldwide while building out a new permanent placement division for finance & accounting in the Twin Cities. Josh has personally helped place over 450 accounting and finance professionals with top employers in the Minnesota area. As a Berkshire Hathaway company employee, he was responsible for building out a centralized talent acquisition function for a shared services environment, combining 50 decentralized companies nationally to streamline and standardize the talent acquisition process. Josh and his team were also responsible for national high volume recruiting in excess of 1000 requisitions annually. He has supported clients in the manufacturing, real estate, technology, retail, governmental, and nonprofit industries. Josh earned a bachelor's degree in business management from the University of Nevada and joined Redpath in 2024.

Andrew Schultz, director, is the audit and accounting services leader on the manufacturing and distribution industry team at Redpath and Company. Nonye Thompson is a managing director on the M&A Advisory Services team and is responsible for executing buy-side and sell-side due diligence, working capital analyses, carve-outs, industry rollups, financial modeling, and purchase agreement review and drafting.
Nonye supports clients throughout the transaction life cycle and provides fractional FP&A and interim CFO support for public, privately-held, and private equity backed companies. She has significant experience leading small and large teams through complex projects and diverse environments. Prior to joining Redpath in 2024, Nonye gained over two decades of finance and accounting experience during her tenure with a Fortune 500 company, a Big Four public accounting firm, and a national consulting firm.
Nonye has delivered transaction advisory services and applied her corporate finance experience across all six inhabitable continents. Her experience includes working and partnering with management, finance, and accounting teams.

- Led and performed financial due diligence on over 200 M&A and debt transactions ranging in value from $4M to over $10B.
- Led working capital review of 14 countries in accordance with sales and purchase agreement, resulting in initial negotiation points worth approximately 15% of working capital balance.
- Led evaluation of a Fortune 500 Company’s divested business and identified issues resulting in recommended purchase price reduction of 50%.
- Reviewed financial models and analyzed historical budgets versus actual results to assess reasonableness of financial models’ assumptions and achievability of current budget results.
- Partnered with several business lines and cross functional teams to develop annual budget and monthly forecasts for a $2B+ business unit within a Fortune 500 Company.
- Collaborated as a Global Working Capital Leader with global cross-functional teams to meet working capital and cash flow stretch targets for a $2B+ business unit within a Fortune 500 Company.
- Guided the development of standardized reporting across eight manufacturing sites and implemented processes to drive accountability and deliverance of financial commitments as regional CFO for a $1B supply chain business.

Mike Traeger, director, leads the Consulting Practice Team at Redpath and Company. He helps organizations make more informed and strategic decisions in the areas of transaction advisory, business transformation, and accounting advisory. Mike has over 20 years of market leadership working with privately held and public companies, private equity firms, and lenders and has advised companies across a variety of industries including healthcare, manufacturing, financial services, technology, construction, and consumer products. He helps clients prepare for change by guiding them during times of high growth, distress, integrations, and separations. Mike has a B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Minnesota-Duluth and joined Redpath in 2021.

Lucas Warth, CPA, is a director and leads the Wealth Services area at Redpath and Company. He works with high-net-worth families providing income tax compliance, income tax planning, and estate tax planning services. He reviews and signs complex Federal, state, and multi-state tax returns for both high-net-worth individuals and businesses and also performs tax planning and analysis related to the sales of business entities.
Warth holds a B.A. in Religious Studies with a minor in Business Administration from Rhodes College and a Master of Accountancy from Colorado State University. He Joined Redpath and Company in 2020.

Meagan Weber is a director leads the Private Client Services tax area. She specializes in high net worth individual tax compliance and planning, gift and trust compliance and planning, and wealth transfer planning. Meagan has provided public accounting services since 2008 and has been at Redpath and Company since 2014.

Jessica Hoard is Senior Manager at Redpath and Company in the Accounting and Management Outsourcing (AMO) practice. She is the leader of the Accounting Services team within AMO and provides fractional Finance Director services to governmental entities. Jessica has specialized expertise in government accounting having worked with a variety of government entities including cities, school districts and charter schools. Jessica began her career as an auditor and CPA from 2014-2019 and served as a city Assistant Finance Director from 2019-2024. Jessica joined Redpath and Company in 2024.

Melissa Doumbia, CPP, is a manager at Redpath and Company and leads the payroll services team for the Accounting and Management Outsourcing (AMO) practice, as well as providing fractional finance director services. She works with clients in a variety of industries and has special expertise providing services for the construction industry. Melissa’s payroll expertise includes return preparation and filing, tax credits, and tax and regulatory compliance. She also has experience providing union payroll and benefits and preparing and filing of Form 1099. Melissa received her B.A. in Political Science and International Studies from Macalester College. She has been providing accounting and payroll services since 1998 and joined Redpath and Company in 2022.
